To become a better climber, you should be climb more and more . Because in some climbs you have to foot up or your legs on hold and lock the positions. It is very much important to have a good flexibility for the hips and legs when you are climbing .

What is the best choice for complementing climbing, running, push ups, cross fit? Running, really no, I mean very little kind of relationship between runnings and cross fit, forged, between running and climbing, so, most of you do running for running and not really. Push ups, should push ups develop the upper body enduringness. This is the complement for pulling with the push or sub sequential affair. Cross fit, hmmm, cross fits are okay.
